Return Policy

If you received damaged full priced merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us for return. We do accept the returns of unused items purchased on website. We cannot accept an item that has been opened, unless the product is damaged or defective.

We will issue a product exchange for any full priced unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of delivery date. To return, please contact Customer Service by email

  1. Item(s) must be returned to us, within 14 days of the delivery date. Products must be unopened and in original packaging, with all accessories and inserts.
  2. Packages must be returned prepaid. We are unable to accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  3. Refunds are made to the original form of payment,
  4. If your order contained a Gift with Purchase (GWP), the GWP must also be returned. If the GWP is not returned with the original product your refund will not be processed.
  5. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  6. No products may be exchanged if on any sale, used, opened or damaged.
  7. Each item can only be exchanged once.
  8.  We will issue a product exchange if you feel allergy with the products purchased in Bellus Salon Online Shop if you can provide the following proves:
    a. A medical report from the dermatologist must be provided.
    b. The date of the medical report should be within 3-month of receipt (based on the delivery record).
    c. The result must be proven that the effect is caused by using the product in the medical report.
    We will arrange the refund and responsible for the shipping fee of product return according to the above situations.
  9. Please allow 1 to 3weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is completed.
  10. When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to Bellus Salon, Bellus Salon will issue a refund by reducing the original shipping fee and handling fee (15% of the value of products) as re-stocking fee.
  11. Bellus Salon is not responsible for damage after delivery.
  12. All claims for shortages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
  13. To return or exchange any items, please contact Customer Service by email: from Monday to Friday, 11am to 6.00pm.
  14. Bellus Salon reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
